Process
How The Concrete Atlas works
A reference document that also makes an introduction. Nothing more complicated than that.
01
We publish the reference
Cost bands, slab specifications, permit offices and coverage limits, organised by service, county and municipality.
02
You describe the project
Location, service and rough scope. Nothing is hidden behind a form: every figure on the site is readable before you contact anyone.
03
We match against coverage
If no active licensed contractor covers your town and service, we say so rather than publishing a page we cannot serve.
04
An independent contractor contacts you
They quote, they contract with you directly, and they carry the license and insurance for the work. We are not a party to that contract.
How we are paid
The Concrete Atlas is an independent resource. We are not a concrete contractor and we do not perform concrete work. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed contractors and are paid by those contractors.
Homeowners pay nothing. Contractors pay a fixed fee per referral, set by service tier and published openly on the contractor application page.
