Nature of the service
The Concrete Atlas publishes reference information and introduces homeowners to independent licensed contractors. We do not perform concrete work and we are not a party to any contract you sign with a contractor.
Cost information is not a quote
All price ranges, per-square-foot figures and project estimates on this site are field observations. They are not offers, bids or guarantees of price.
Permit and code references
Municipal permit offices, fee notes and coverage limits are provided as orientation only. Requirements change. Confirm with the authority having jurisdiction before work begins.
Contractor licensing
We verify license numbers with the issuing state at the time a contractor is admitted. Verify current license and insurance status yourself before signing a contract.
Limitation of liability
The Atlas is provided as is. We are not liable for the workmanship, conduct, pricing or omissions of any contractor introduced through this site.
